FAQ Refund/Warranty Policy

Return Process: To return an item, please contact our team on our website, email or social media, stating the reason for the return so we can determine the correct solution. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds: After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow a couple of days from our receipt of your item to process your return. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

Warranty: There is a 1-year warranty policy from the purchase date.

Acceptable Returns: Returns are accepted if the product(s) arrives defective or stops working suddenly (within 1 year). Any damage caused by the user does not grant our return policy.
